We're walking for St Luke's Hospice. And we'd love your support.
This September, the PDQ team are swapping their desks for walking boots. We’re taking on a 100-mile sponsored walk to raise funds for St Luke’s Hospice Basildon, and we want you to be part of it.
St Luke’s provides specialist care and support to local people and their families, completely free of charge, when they need it most. Expert medical care, family support, spa therapies. All of it, free, because people in this community donate.
We’ve been working in and around Basildon for years. St Luke’s is part of this community, and this is our way of doing something real for them.

Raising Funds for the British Heart Foundation
We recently raised money for the British Heart Foundation by holding a sponsored 20km walk on 22nd May. We’ve raised a total of £2155 so we beat our £2,000 target which is amazing. Thanks to the work of the BHF, the number of people dying from heart and circulatory diseases in the UK has been halved. But sadly, hundreds still lose their lives every single day.

At PDQ, safety is our priority. With 30,000+ cardiac arrests happening yearly in the UK and less than 1 in 10 surviving, we took action.
